Don’t you love writing kismet? I’m working up character profiles for my NaNoWriMo project, and I was researching Slavic names for my male vampire protagonist. I settled on Alexandr Konstantin, which means “steadfast defender of mankind,” which is apropros given his role in the story. I was also trying to get a mental picture of him, so out of curiosity I Googled the name, and this is what I found.
