I write clear, engaging
content and communications
for brands and businesses.
I’ve been freelance writing off and on since 2000, and it became my primary gig in 2014. After covering a wide array of topics including personal finance, small business, health and fitness, minimalism and simple living, I carved out a niche writing online brand-to-consumer (B2C) content for major pet industry brands like Hill’s Pet, American Kennel Club and 9 Lives — for which I provided the “voice” of Morris the Cat in the “Ask Morris” marketing campaign. I’m currently expanding my horizons and exploring new writing niches. When I’m not freelancing, I’m usually working on my latest novel — or more likely procrastinating on said novel by playing with my animals and helping my husband with chores around our Ozark homestead.
