About Me
I’ve been freelance writing off and on since 2000, and it became my primary gig in 2014. After covering a wide array of topics including personal finance, small business, health and fitness, minimalism and simple living, I carved out a niche writing online brand-to-consumer (B2C) content for major pet industry brands like Hill’s Pet, American Kennel Club and 9 Lives — for which I provided the “voice” of Morris the Cat in the “Ask Morris” marketing campaign. I’m currently expanding my horizons and exploring new writing niches. When I’m not freelancing, I keep busy blogging and working on my latest novel, when I’m not otherwise occupied training our German shepherd or herding chickens alongside my husband on our Ozark homestead.
